Each 25cm driver is powered by its own 500W IcePower module which dramatically reduce heat loss and therefore increases efficiency, allowing the Performance 9 subwoofer to deliver its mammoth 1000W power output.

The Mezzo 9 sub is the result of an exhaustive research and development process with one aim – to produce the ultimate simple and effective sub at an affordable price. The Mezzo 9 doesn’t just provide bass extension, it is able to be tailored to a room’s specific acoustic needs thanks to a Sound Pressure Level meter and remote in one easy to use handset.

Subwoofers are most commonly used in a multi-channel system but are equally at home when matched with a pair of satellites to form a 2.1 set up. This allows the inclusion of neat, contemporary satellite speakers such as Alumni 2, whilst bass is handled with aplomb by your chosen discretely concealed subwoofer.
